Waiting for doors to be opened for you is definitely not the right way forward. You need to build your own destiny. Create your own opportunity. Start a blog or a vlog, interview for positions that are outside your comfort zone or even take on a challenging dream project.
If your gut tells you something feels right, don’t think twice to grab the chance and bring out the warrior inside of you. Even if it is something as simple as speaking up or taking part in a competition. Stand up for what you believe in and don’t be afraid to try something new. There will be people that may put you down or things that keep you from pursuing this aspiration, just stand tall and trust your gut.
Today’s world is looking for innovation and future-driven people. With any risk, you can expect mistakes and drawbacks, but if it is something you truly desire, keep going for it and you’ll get there. Once you start identifying your strengths, weaknesses and skills, you will understand what you can bring to the table.
There might be things that scare you, but most of the time, those are the things that are most worthwhile.
